Cancellation, Transfers and Refund Policy

Soft Play Sessions

The Lighthouse requires 24 hours’ notice of cancellation before the booked session start time to provide a full refund for bookings of 5 participants or fewer. Any cancellations occurring with less than 24 hours’ notice will be offered a one-time transfer to another available session on a different date. A further cancellation of the same booking will result of a forfeit of session fees paid.

Cancellation of bookings with more than 5 participants but fewer than 10 participants- 48 hours’ notice of cancellation before the booked session start time in order to provide a refund. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will only be offered a one time transfer to another available session on a different date. A further cancellation of the same booking will result of a forfeit of session fees paid.
Cancellation of bookings with 10 or more participants (group bookings) will require 14 days notice of cancellation. Sessions cancelled with less than 14 days but more than 7 days notice will be offered a transfer to another session on a different date. Cancellations of group bookings with less than 7 days notice will not receive a refund or transfer.

Party Bookings:

Cancellation more than 28 days before the event – A full refund less non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation between 14 and 28 days before event- 50% of total amount paid.
Cancellation less than 14 days- Non- refundable but booking will be given a one time transfer to another available date/time. Any further cancellations of the same booking will forfeit the amount paid.

The Church reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason. Where a booking is cancelled by the Church, for whatever reason, the Church will endeavour to give at least 48 hours’ notice and to agree an alternative booking or make a full refund of money paid.
Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card used to make payment. Due to fraud prevention, there can be no exceptions to the card on which the refund is processed.

No refunds will be given for transactions made by gift vouchers . Bookings which were made by gift vouchers and which are cancelled may be transferred to another date and time within the voucher validity period. No monetary refunds will be given for transaction amounts made partially or entirely using discount codes.

Where multiple forms of payment are used, The Lighthouse reserves the right to refund any monies due by debit or credit card.

Parties must start and finish at their allocated time, with guests departing promptly at finish time.
