Our standard package will guarantee a fun filled time for your birthday child and their guests! Add on our extras for extra smiles!
Party Details:
55 mins exclusive use of the soft play and 35 mins for party food (this includes moving from the soft play area to the party room)

Please do not arrive earlier than 15 minutes before the party starts.
Let our staff know you've arrived (they will be in blue or yellow polo shirts).
We will show you to the party room where you can leave anything you have brought (and previously agreed with us) such as party bags, cake, serviettes etc.
Guests will be shown into the soft play area where you can greet them.
There will be a table set out for gifts from guests.
The Lighthouse Cafe will be open for the purchase of drinks and snacks during the first 75mins of your party.
We can help you run a tab if you wish.
We ask that you vacate the party room promptly after the party.

First, book your party online via this website. The birthday child/children and guests must be aged 10 years old or under.
We will contact you a few days before your party to confirm any changes in numbers attending, party extras, food allergens, food changes or other additions.
You can arrive up to 10 minutes before your party start time to bring additional decorations, birthday cake etc. (items you are bringing should be agreed with us beforehand). Decorations can be added, but not the kind that requires sticking to walls, painted surfaces etc.
Guests arrive at the party start time and one of our volunteer hosts will show them into the soft play area.
Guests have 55 minutes exclusive use of the soft play area before being escorted by our hosts into the party room.
A tab can be kept at the cafe should you wish to provide the adults and guests with other food and drink during the soft play session. Guests can also purchase items at the cafe themselves.
Food is served in the party room as soon as everyone is in and settled.
After the main food course, we have the cake ceremony, which includes singing 'happy birthday'. Our hosts will cut up the cake and ensure that each guest receives a piece to take home.
After 35 minutes in the party room, the party ends. Just prior to the party ending, guests will be invited to collect party bags if you have them. Guests are to depart promptly at the party end time. The party hosts will be helped to gather presents etc and expected to leave shortly after their guests. This is to allow us to clear down and reset the room.
We will dispose of decorations, present wrapping and packaging.
The maximum number of party guests (including the birthday child/children) is 30.
When you book you pay a non-refundable deposit of £50 which secures the party slot for up to 15 children (including the birthday child/children).
About 30 days before your party, you will be asked to pay the balance for your party, based on known numbers attending at the time. The balance for 15 children is £135 and additional children are charged at £8 each.
We will contact you a couple of days before your party to confirm final numbers attending and request any payment outstanding due to number changes or any other extras that you will need to pay for.
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds if any of your invited guests don't arrive on the day.
We ask that at least two adults are present for each party, as we cannot be responsible for supervision of party guests.
Siblings will be charged at the additional child rate (unless included in the party numbers advised to us beforehand)
There is no limit on the number of adults accompanying party guests.
You may cancel your party booking and we will offer you either a refund (less your non-refundable deposit) in accordance with our refund policy (see our terms and conditions) or the opportunity to move your party to another date and time.
You may move a party only once, after which any monies already paid will be forfeited.
When contacting us, please be aware that we can be busy and may not respond to your call. We will however email or call you back if you leave us a message.
If you contact us with less time than allowed in the refund policy, we may still be able to move your party, but only if we have time to cancel your party and sell the party to another host. If your party slot cannot be filled, then our refund policy will apply.
If The Lighthouse is forced to close at the time of your party, due to circumstances outside our control, you can re-book or receive a refund in full.
As the party booker, it is your responsibility to inform us if you have special dietary requirements.
The party booker and adult guests are responsible for all party children at all times.
The party booker should ensure that children understand our “Rules of Play”.
The party booker should ensure that all children are dressed appropriately.
The party booker must ensure all children wear socks when using the equipment. We can provide socks for a small fee.
No spray foam, poppers, streamers, face paint or piñatas are permitted.
No decorations are permitted on the walls of the soft play or the party room as this can cause damage.
No catering can be brought onto the premises either by the party parents or friends.
Apart from the birthday cake and items in included in your party bags, all food items & beverages must be purchased from the Lighthouse Café.
Whilst we understand that people do get ill and this is beyond your control, we are unable to refund you if people do not turn up to your party.
Yes, you can bring your own decorations, but please make sure you have mentioned this in your pre-party phone call in the week leading up to your party. We recommend helium, weighted balloons as these do not need to be attached to the wall.
Also please note that you cannot access the soft play / party room to decorate until 15 minutes before the party time.

The food choice you make while booking is included in the price. You may purchase additional food and drink items from the Lighthouse Café during the soft play element of your party.
No, you cannot bring your own food apart from the celebration cake.
However, the cafe is open for orders, and you are free to add food to your order prior to your party.

Any extra children, adults, or food ordered on the day can be paid for by card at the Lighthouse Café before you leave.
Yes, of course. We will manage the cake ceremony, cut up the cake, and ensure that each party guest receives a piece of cake to take home.
Plates and cutlery will be provided.
Please do not bring a knife as we will supply one.
You may light candles in the party room only.
The party room is decorated with bunting and balloons. There is also a backdrop with a Happy Birthday banner.
We do not provide other decorations, but you can bring your own subject to the following provisos:
No party poppers of any description
No untethered helium balloons
Decorations must not be stuck to the walls or any part of the room
You can still have a 'Session Party'.
You will need to speak to us as we can allocate a whole session to your party (provided no-one has already booked a space) by reserving multiple standard bookings.
We will create a party table in the soft play area. You may bring a cake (we can supply a knife) but we ask that this is taken home in supplied napkins. Naked flames are not allowed on the main floor so no lit candles please.
No other provision will be made, and you will not have access to the party room.
In the interests of our other customers and our staff, one adult must take charge of the group and all party paraphernalia (cake, wrapping paper etc) must be removed and taken home.

We have a 34-space free car park (accessible by Sat Nav BN14 7RX) which you are welcome to use.
We often have various events happening at the church and therefore we cannot guarantee that there will be spaces available. However, there is ample free on-street parking around the church.
Please note that due to the nature of the business we cannot always immediately answer the phone. We will of course respond to emails and voice/text messages at a quieter time.
You can also call in to see us during session times and our main church Welcome Desk is usually able to help. Their opening hours are 9:00am to 12:00pm Monday to Thursday.
